The BLACK RECRUITERS NETWORK ASSOCIATION (BRN) started November 2000 for the primary purpose of providing mentoring and training to African American Staffing and Human Resource Professionals in Silicon Valley. Today, BRN Association is a Non-Profit Organization that provides critical training and mentoring to all Professionals who impact hiring decisions Nationwide. Whether HR, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Operations, our goal is to make sure professionals involved in making hiring decisions have the tools, and resources needed to increase their ability to open doors for African Americans throughout the country and provide continued access to corporate opportunities.
